Refund policy

At Amica Vox, we proudly partner with Printful, a leading on-demand printing and fulfillment service, to create every product specifically for you.

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences.

What We Do Accept:

• Defective or Damaged Items — If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work directly with Printful to review your case and provide a replacement or refund where eligible.
• Lost or Delayed Shipments — We accept claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please note that any approved returns or replacements are handled at the customer’s expense unless the issue is due to an error on our or Printful’s part.
